"Hotel was conveniently located, has a restaurant and a Starbucks directly in the building. Lobby clean and front reception staff really friendly, easy check in. We liked the late check out option, 12pm. Nice bathroom, nice beds and furniture. Breakfast buffet was included but not very tasty and still expected to tip even tho a buffet. Room was nice but the ice bucket tongs had really dirty smudged finger prints on the handles and carpet really stained."

"To start, the rooms were absolutely beautiful. The decor, cleanliness, views, coziness of the beds…I could go on and on. The skyline view of Cambridge was beyond compare. Plus, the restaurants were within minutes walking distance and sooo good. Lastly, the check-in process with our host turned out to be the friendliest, kindest, and most gracious experience, I have ever had, in my decades visiting Canada. Hands down (and Canadians are super nice, as is!) I would recommend staying at The Laundry Rooms to everyone far and wide."

"Staff were great and check in was smooth. We didn't use the amenities so can't comment. The restaurant was conveniently located in the hotel too. Only comment was the bed sheet quality and they were very starchy, bed was super comfortable though."
