"Hotel and room was very clean. check in and check was very easy and staff were on hand to support where needed. If you'd like to leave luggage in the hotels luggage hold, this will cost you £15 per day. Additionally it costs £40 for earlier check in. Unfortunately there were no facilities to make cups of tea"

"Clean spacious room and the hotel has amazing views of Big Ben and the London eye. Breakfast was worth paying for, a varied buffet that we all enjoyed. We didn’t use the pool or spa during our trip but the bathroom was great and espa toiletries in the room were lovely. A few negatives - we are Expedia gold and did not get a room upgrade or the 20%discount off food and drinks. We opted for the environmental package with no housekeeping in exchange for a reward but had to chase the chosen reward with the hotel on our departure day. They honoured it without question but it felt like they were trying to avoid giving the reward by not offering it at check in. The coffee in the room was basic Nescafé sachets, not even gold blend and despite there being 4 of us staying in the room, we were only given 2 sets of towels for the bathroom"

Atrium Hotel Heathrow

"The hotel is very close to Heathrow Airport which was nice. There was an underground train station right across the street (Piccadilly Line) which took you right to the airport or into London. It was very convenient and made it easy getting around. The staff were very nice and helpful. They responded to requests and concerns promptly. The buffet breakfast (included in our room rate) was good and included a decent selection of hot and cold selections. The restaurant was nice. However, the menu is highly skewed towards Indian food which is not a favorite of ours so we only ate there once in our 10 day stay. The pool is heated and nice. Again, however, it should have ratings going down the stairs for people who are a little unsteady on their feet or have mobility issues (like me). The same goes for the jacuzzi. There are no hand rails to hold onto. Only the steam room was working during our visit but it was fine. The hotel is good, the location is good, all the staff our great, the room was clean and we would probably stay there again because of the location. Also, there is a grocery store close (Tesco) and a Subway as well as on old pub, The Green Man."
