"First time for me but I shall definitely return. Everyone so friendly and a cracking steak dinner. Not just a range of local ciders but a chilled range at that. Pretty rare. Place was buzzing with locals which says everything.. If you want a modern budget hotel, go elsewhere. The Hart was around in 1472. Bit more respect for the old lady. A delight. Thanks for looking after me."

It's quite a quirky layout and the outside of the hotel is not that promising, but once inside there were lots of fabulous hidden facilities such as the skittle alley in the basement and the roof terrace with an amazing view of Glastonbury Tor. The cooked breakfast was delicious."

The only thing that let the place down this time was the maintenance staff who did not fix my tv when I complained that it turned off every 10mins! Which was most frustrating"
