Staff were pleasant and helpful. My single room was clean, though quite basic and lacking a comfortable chair (as opposed to the desk chair). Very warm with lots of hot water. Slightly shabby net curtains. Common parts (stairs and corridors) in need of refurbishment. Principle reason for staying here is the location is convenient for me

Traditional Pub near Abbey

Was good with bedrooms overlooking Sherborne Abbey and plenty of (paid) parking space at the back. Good selection of food for evening and breakfast as one would expect.
