"The hotel is old. The air con in the room wasn’t very cold. The toilet broke in our room twice. The location of the hotel is good and the price was fair."

"The hotel tucked away near Earl’s Court and a lot of amenities around. If you’re looking to visit the museum nearby it's walking distance, an ideal place to stay. If you’re on the ground floor room, it can get noisy when the other guests are coming in and leaving the hotel."

"Great breakfast, tho it wasn't free. Clean room, fantastic staff/customer service. Honestly the only thing I really wasn't a fan of was that the AC was not great, particularly since I was there during a heat wave. But then, I'm told AC is not a very commonly good think in the UK in general, so...there you are! And they did actually bring a fan up unasked when I complained about the temp. In all, an excellent budget stay!"

"The hotel was modern and was in great shape, but there were literally no amenities. They didn’t have any water for the room. They claimed to have a restaurant, but there was no restaurant - there was one across the street that was only open for breakfast; the bathroom floors were not clean- you couldn’t tell until you walked on them, but they obviously had not been mopped. The bar which was limited in items did not have many seats, so it was always full. However, every single member of the...
