"Very pleasant mid stay from Derbyshire to Cornwall. Comfortable bed and very pleasant staff. Decor a little old fashioned but basically clean. Would definitely stay again. Hopefully try the food next time as it looked really good! 👍"

"Lovely old pub with character. Great full English breakfast and very friendly staff. There is street parking available but would recommend the parking behind the church opposite. It's only a couple of quid for all day. Make sure that you try out the selection of ales and ciders available at the bar."

"Great location - very convenient for train station, and fantastic that dogs are allowed to stay, though no extras thrown in for them. No air conditioning though so room was very hot, even though an electric fan was provided."
