Beach front Cottage, close to downtown - Private Beach and Great Water views

This cottage is right on the water and there are steps down to a private beach! It is one of 20 free standing condo cottages at the Wellfleeter Condo Association. There is a spectacular waterfront view of Wellfleet Harbor and Cape Cod Bay from the three sliders one in the master bedroom, the kitchen and the living room. The sunsets will take your breath away. Wow- it still surprises me how amazing the view is when I go over there. It is cottage #9.

The association stairs- there are about 15 steps- lead you down to the sandy bay beach for swimming, boating, fishing, shell fishing, or just plain relaxing! The water here is tidal so beach access depends on the tide. There are two or three steps up to get into the cottage. Right down the street from the playground, skateboard park, tennis and basketball courts. The town pier, many restaurants, art galleries and shopping in downtown Wellfleet are within a short distance. I often walk it. The cottage has wireless internet.

We have three bedrooms:
One with a queen bed, one with a full size bed and one with two twin beds. Each bedroom has a closet and dresser. We provide mattress pads, pillows and blankets. YOU are responsible for BRINGING or RENTING YOUR OWN your sheets, bath and beach towels.

The kitchen has a table to eat in and also a slider out to the patio where we have our grill and waterfront picnic table. We have tried to stock the kitchen with anything you might need pot and pan wise. We have dishes, glasses, flatware and a dishwasher. We have spices, olive oil and some of the basic items you might want/need; a roll of paper towels, aluminum foil, saran wrap, dish & dishwasher soap, and coffee. If you expect to use more paper goods please bring them and leave the cottage as you found it with a roll of towels for the next guests.

We have a basement with beach chairs, beach toys and a washer and dryer. Feel free to use all of it! Basement is accessed via an exterior bulkhead. Remember do not lock the bulkhead.
