Overall, the room size and poor housekeeping significantly affected my experience, and I do not feel that the hotel met the standards I expected."

"Very small room, no wash clothes, 1 nightstand, too few outlets, only 2 usb, loud, old, in need of repair, pictures are misleading, the rooms are so much smaller than they appear. Staff is useless, except the bellhop,"

"Thank you"

"Rom was clean. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Hotel is within walking distance of almost everything I went to."

"Best hotel ever"

"The NYC Hard Rock Hotel was an unexpected surprise - clean room, very comfortable bed, best shower, and excellent location. The staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay @ this location in the future."
