"Being a senior citizen, I love the convience of parking and being able to request a first floor apt each time we stay. Always clean, kitchen not stocked well, but just two of us and we cook lightly, but cant imagine a family cooking in the kitchen. We love the pool and hot tub, but booket earlier than usual, hitting labor day crowd. No complaint, kids are kids, we just arent use to them anymore---LOL. My only complaint, yearly is the low toliets. Bad back, two knee replacements, make low ones like you have very hard getting down and up from them. I wish you would replace them, at least to average height or chair height would be even better or install rail or hand grip?"

"Fantastic location for Colonial Williamsburg and other local attractions. Variety of items on breakfast buffet. Rooms cleaned daily. No pets. Plenty of parking. Located on a side street so very quiet."

"The staff was amazing. We purchased adjoining rooms since we have so many kids and it was perfect for our needs. It was quiet and all of the staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be staying again in the future."

"This hotel is ALWAYS our choice when we come to Williamsburg- Naresh, the manager, makes us feel welcome every single time and always accomodates my handicapped mother. The front desk clerk, I wish I remembered her name, was the sweetest girl and always checked on us. The free breakfast is delicious, the pool was great during the heat wave, and the room was very clean. We have never had a bad stay and we’re already planning our next trip! Thank you for everything, Naresh!"

"I read the reviews after booking and they were not the greatest. To my surprise, everything was perfect! I loved my room! It was very clean! The hotel staff from front desk to housekeeping were so nice and helpful! I will definitely stay again! Also the pool was beautiful!"

"The amenities were excellent. Staff were very nice. My only complaint was the accumulation. We opted for a condo over a hotel room since it was a special occasion. It appears we were put in an animal friendly condo as we were surrounded by people with dogs, and the furnishings inside were old. The sliding glass door didn’t lock, the WiFi didn’t work in the bedroom, the television remote didn’t work, and the bedroom was warm as the A/C vent was small and didn’t cool the room. Given the price that we paid, it was very disappointing."
