"Charming place, was able to provide a travel cot for the baby. Lovely staff and breakfast! We were by on Easter weekend, so it was understandably busy with lots of kids running around the courtyard. Our bed time is very early, so it's not like the noise was unreasonable at first... However after a long journey, jet lag, and teething our baby was waking constantly, extremely cranky and then around 9pm (I think) a kid knocked on our door and ran away while we were getting the baby back down!!! "Clean comfortable room. Staff were fantastic - Elvis particularly was really attentive and friendly and always made sure we had everything we needed. Loved all the dietary accommodations in the breakfast bar!!! I’m lactose intolerant so it was really nice to see the soy milk for the tea and the plant based yoghurt for the fruit station!!!! Haven’t seen that in any other hotels I’ve stayed in recently. All in all a very pleasant trip"

"Dirt in the room and under the bed. Staff generally good. Booking came with a room upgrade due to status. Room upgrade didn’t occur despite the hotel being empty and having availability on their website. Emailed the hotel through Expedia app (replying to the message they sent me) asking questions. That was ignored and not responded to. Dinner food quality was poor considering my the level they quote themselves to be at and prices charged. Ice cream for dessert clearly suffering from freezer burn...
