"Rooms old very small mine was the premium version still small but did have a modern bathroom could hear people from outside from the pub people walkingpast not the best ,bar was being run by recepton staff breakfast room nice breakfast was ok staff was friendly under staffed though confirmed late checkout was changed on the day not happy value for money expensive would i go again no "

"I visited for 1 night and prior to my stay I had emailed requesting rooms together which I did not receive a reply, this was a little disappointing as we were on different floors! We also felt a little unsafe at the property and the beds were very uncomfortable with springs noticeable! Our rooms were clean and had the basics of what was needed, however very outdated and I experienced a lot of plaster crumbling off my wall! I don’t think the hotel matches up with how it is described on advertised sites!"

"4 adults, 2 infants and a baby. Great size accommodation, but the stairs aren’t the most child friendly (bare that in mind and maybe take a stair gate). We did find it extremely warm OR freezing if we turned the heating down, hard to get the right temperature. Bathrooms could do with a little more through cleaning but overall a lovely property, and great location. "

"Was was an excellent host - prompt reply to questions and very accommodating with timings. The property was very clean and spacious. Three lovely bedrooms and an ensuite shower in one. Lovely and warm and a comfortable sofa. The kitchen was large and quite well equipped - could do with a few more everyday items for making meals.We had a nice Christmas meal with my daughters and it was nice to have a garden for the dogs. "
