"Stayed 2 nights in a deluxe room. As did our daughter and son in law. Both rooms were lovely. Clean, well equipped and comfortable. The hotel is in a great central location. We had room service for breakfast both mornings. Our daughter ate breakfast in the restaurant. Both were very nice. The only downside was that we couldn’t get the room cool enough during the heatwave but the hotel were quick in providing us with a fan to help. "The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was difficult to find as it was in a separate building from the reception. The room was loud as there were bars directly outside the room. The curtain had a burn mark in. The chair was wobbly. The shower door did not shut properly. The tap spurted out water as soon as you turned it on. It was also difficult to access the room as we were told to go through reception on a nighttime but we couldn’t get to that part of the hotel in this way. However the...
