"Breakfast option too expensive & likely to be too much food Kettle but no frig NO AIRCON so with blackout shutters down to cut train noise & 4am wakeup light the room quickly got stuffy. On rechecking website & facilities needed to be smart to know what isn't included. The bed pillows a joke and all 4 had seen much use"

"I would definitely recommend you to stay here, especially if you are only spending 1-2 days in Schwerin. We caught the fireworks show and managed to walk back to the hotel at 11.20pm! Apart from that, other attractions are also located nearby"

"Hotel was ok. Stairs to room were very narrow had trouble taking luggage to room. "

"Major shower problem on day 1. Reported it straightaway: they kept saying it was solved but it wasn't. Only on the last night (stayed 4 nights!) did they say it was probably a building problem. Offered to let us have a shower in another room. Complaint and request for a discount resulted in a measly 20 Euros discount per night. V poor service an response: shame as it is a nice hotel."

"our room was nice enough, we paid for an upgraded room with a separate living room. It was nice and spacious as was the bathroom. The problem is mainly for dinner service they don't have enough staff. All we tried to do was get a pizza and it took an inordinate amount of time and we were really tired and hungry, eventually finally getting our pizza at about 940, eating at by 10 and going straight to bed afterward, which wasn't an enjoyable experience. they would only let you order à la carte...
