"The hotel was closed when we arrived and no one would answer when the owner was called. We went by the next day and they were still closed. We contacted hotels.com and they couldn't get in touch with the hotel either. We tried to get a refund and they wouldn't give us our money back since we paid in advance. We had to find another hotel to stay at and it was more expensive. This place is closed! Don't book with them as you won't get your money back! "

Wir fanden das Zimmer sehr geräumig und sauber. Verbesserungspotenzial sehen wir bei der Kommunikation und beim Essen. Zur Kommunikation: wir hatten den Early Check in auf dem Formular, welches man lange vor Anreise ausfüllt und an das Hotel sendet, als Wunsch angegeben. "Wir waren auf der Durchreise und für eine Nacht war das Hotel „Am Ochsenkopf“ für uns eine gute Wahl. Der Check-in erfolgt unkompliziert über einen Schlüsselautomaten, eine klassische Rezeption gibt es nicht. Von außen wirkt das Gebäude eher etwas älter, innen wurde aber sichtbar modernisiert. Unser Zimmer war gepflegt, angenehm groß und mit Balkon, Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher ausgestattet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und auch das moderne Bad mit Dusche hat uns gut gefallen.
