Though walks on the grounds are limited, the South Coast Path is less than 4 miles away, offering access to stunning sites such as Kimmeridge Bay, Lulworth Cove, and Durdle Door (both 6.9 miles). The charming market town of Wareham is just 3.5 miles away, where you can explore boutique shops, restaurants, and pubs, and enjoy a pleasure boat trip down the River Frome into Poole Harbour, the second largest natural harbour in the world. Corfe Castle, dating back to 1066, is within 4 miles, providing a day of exploration and breath-taking views of the Purbeck Hills. Further afield, the seaside town of Swanage is within 9 miles, featuring award-winning beaches, local shops, and restaurants.
This unique property, originally a grain silo, has been redesigned with comfort and style in mind, featuring a hand-built bespoke staircase, an oak porch, and a curved kitchen. The sofa in the living room can be converted to a double bed if required for alternative sleeping arrangements or an extra guest. When the day is done, climb the curved staircase to the first floor, where a cosy bedroom with a Juliette balcony awaits, offering stunning views of the ancient church, woods, and farmland. The bedroom is complemented by an en-suite shower room.
Outside, at the rear of the property, is a small but secluded garden space, mainly laid to lawn, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or a night under the stars.
