"The cabin was located in a beautiful area and we loved the screened in porch and how close it was to the RMNP entrance. We did end up finding mice droppings in the kitchen and bathroom on our last night there. We ended up staying elsewhere for the night due to concerns about cleanliness since we had our toddler with us. We are still waiting to hear back about a partial refund from the property."

"Loved the condo! It was perfect for what I needed which was a space for me to visit my daughter and have her stay with me. Girl time! The location was close to everything and short distance to the resort. I love that the trail is right there and so is Safeway. We stayed the year before in Winter Park but it was dark and not as spacious. This was bright and cheery! Thanks!"

"Great little studio for a get away. Convenient to the slopes and the shared hot tub was nice after a day of skiing."

"This entire complex is very old and tired looking from the outside. Built in the 70s, it could use some TLC for the buildings and landscaping to improve the grounds. The clubhouse is small for the number of units it serves. This particular unit was comfortable on the inside except for the heat. Even at 8500 feet, it gets warm during the day in the summer. This unit has limited ventilation to let in cooler evening air. Since it is on the first floor, it doesn't make sense to keep the screen...

"This place is a hidden gem just far enough away from the hustle and bustle , yet close to hiking fishing etc. Great for 2 prople and a dog. Saw 2 Moose whilke here one had her baby with her. Remember to leash yor dogs. Thanks again"

"Beautiful view. Very clean. Comfy bed. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Very close to Estees Park , but internet and a mouse was not favorable."

"This was the perfect location, the perfect and most beautiful view, and the perfect size for my husband and I. We had every we needed. Checking in and out was super easy. The bed was comfortable. The linens were heavenly and I appreciate that so much. Pillows were excellent as well. I’m picky about that stuff because I want to sleep well when I am away so I can have the energy to enjoy my trip. We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Estes Park. Thank you so much."

"This unit worked out very well for us. It was clean, all communications with the Host and check-in was clear and accurate. The location is very good for many of the areas activities. We will use this unit again."
