"We were made very welcome by the staff. We were treated like friends rather than customers, which we appreciated a lot. The room was clean, spacious and well maintained and quiet. The bed was warm and comfortable. We slept well. We'll definitely return."

"Such a beautiful place! Wonderful friendly staff who cannot do enough for you. We stayed in a stunning shepherds hut on the edge of the lake. A perfect way to celebrate our wedding anniversary."

"We had a wedding to attend and the staff were so helpful in allowing us to check in early so we could get dressed and leave bags in our room. Rooms were clean and had everything you needed, air con was perfect and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was also lovely - would happily stay here again next time we visit Penrith. Thank you!"
