Top floor have two bedrooms, would be perfect if there is another TV upstairs too for the children! Kitchen well equipped with dishwasher. Very pleased about the deep bath ! "

"This was a fantastic place to stay: clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location just around the corner from Shakespeare’s Birthplace. Although it is in the pedestrian-friendly walking district, parking was still easy and convenient. And the location is great for exploring town. The host provided excellent directions for getting in, which made arrival simple and stress-free. The space had a very nice layout and everything felt thoughtfully arranged. "Loved it! the perfect getaway for a weekend away. Scenic and beautiful surroundings, the property is modern with the bathroom and bedroom finished to a high spec! The host Louise is friendly and very attentive .We had a comfortable and relaxing stay. It felt like a home away from home. The photos don’t do the place justice, as it’s even more pretty in reality! "The studio was perfect for break away. It was well appointed, so clean and beautifully set up. We rented e-bikes in the area from All Cotswolds Bike Rental and they brought the bikes to us! It was a wonderful holiday!"

"Not as advertised, could not fit 7 grown people... only room for 4 in beds then had 1 fold-down futon and a click clack sofabed... should be advertised for 4 plus a young child. Interesting set up in the matted bedroom, but those beds were comfy! Did feel like you were in someone else's home and they just stepped out for a minute. Good if very small people, shower very small. Mold in small shower too."

The rates are so preferable for really beautiful albeit compact accommodation with great views and convenience. Would book again and the golf course was in superb condition despite the heatwave(s)!"
