"When we arrived, Terry (the manager) was helping valet luggage as it was really busy and desk/valet staff needed assisting to move the line. This says so much about this property and how beautifully it is being managed! Our ocean view room was stunning! Spacious, with smart and attractive decor (e.g., bench seating and luggage rest, comfy couch, patio seating with table overlooking the pool and ocean). We loved Kihei Caffe's proximity & food quality for breakfast; the pool bar had great mai tais & food, hot tubs and ample seating. The hotel even provided Sun Bum sunscreen and after sun lotion! Plus mango mochi ice cream treats at noon. All of the staff members we met were kind and really helpful. The hospitality suite we used to shower & change after checkout was clean and well-maintained. We hope to stay here again. Aloha!"
