This lovingly restored character property within beautiful grounds is located just 1.5 miles from the heart of the pretty village of Ticehurst, with an award-winning pub, village shop and cafe catering to every taste. This beautiful area is a walkers and cyclists paradise, with a range of walks and routes for all abilities, including Bewl Water, Bedgebury National Pinetum and Forest and High Weald National Landscape. There’s no shortage of historic sites to see either, with National Trust’s Batemans, Bodiam Castle and Scotney Castle all within 7 miles. Should you fancy a day at the beach, jump in the car and head over to Hastings (20 miles) for a traditional family day of sunbathing, amusements, and adventure golf.


Arrive at this stunning cottage and find yourselves entering into the dining room. This room is particularly intimate with its solid wooden furniture, seating for eight and overhead spotlights. There’s also a Sonos speaker here for a little mood music while you dine. Head to your right and down a step to discover the lounge. Also, on the ground floor, you’ll find two well-appointed bedrooms, a king-size and a twin, and a convenient shower room. Venture upstairs to discover the two remaining bedrooms: a sumptuous king-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower and WC, and an inviting twin room with its en-suite shower room.
