The cottage itself is a traditional haven that oozes country charm and comfort, complete with four handsome bedrooms accommodating a total of eight guests. Ideal for families or friends, the property is also dog-friendly ensuring everyone can come along and savour the stay.

Soothing shades of blue lend this three-storey space a nautical feel and large windows flood each room with plenty of natural light. The hub of the house is its kitchen/diner on the ground floor, a room with a handsome oil-fired Aga to keep things warm in the winter, and dining spaces including the breakfast bar and the table. Next door, a pretty lounge invites restful nights with a Smart TV and wood burner effect electric fire. You can also choose to step out into the appealing garden, sit on the patio and fire up the BBQ. Back indoors, find four delightful bedrooms on the first floor, along with two exceptionally spacious bathrooms on the first and second floors.

A real seaside escape, you can enjoy Daymer Bay less than 500 metres from home and make full use of the external shower room in the garden when returning home with sandy bodies, wetsuits and surfboards. Polzeath Beach is another destination for surfing, around 1 mile away and accessible via the South West Coast Path. Take the passenger ferry over to Padstow for a delightful day out, experiencing superb restaurants, visiting the National Lobster Hatchery or starting a hike or bike ride along the mighty Camel Trail (3 miles).
