"Excellent location next to local art centre (Kunsthalle) with secure parking in underneath garage. Good public transport into city centre. Great facilities, well presented breakfast - small meals available throughout day and evening. Rooms comfortable and staff super friendly and knowledgeable."

"Room was overall very clean but there were some remaining debris from sweeping and splatter on the wall. The bathroom smelled awful, like steamed broccoli but it could have been the water? Smelled sulphuric. The dining staff was a bit intense and you couldn’t always find someone at the front desk. And the shuttle doesn’t drop you off directly in front of the hotel so this can be challenging with lots of luggage. Pick up is also out of the way and not near other hotel shuttle pickup area. "The AC was very nice in this heatwave, and it was not loud."

"The property is very nice. The breakfast included was wonderful. The town of Keidrich is about 5 minutes away and has so many wonderful restaurants. My only complaint would be the view. When we booked, the room says valley view but since our room was on a lower level it actually overlooks the driveway and the parking lot. All night long, you can hear cars driving up. I think if we had a higher level room it would have been more enjoyable. "
