Would highly recommend for those that like to be a little away from the centre of the city. Easy bus routes in or a lovely hour walk into the centre of the city. "

"The hotel is located two minutes from tram stop 1 which can take you close into the city centre and about 10 minutes walking from tram stop 2 which could take you directly to the airport. My room was clean and very spacious with plenty of storage space, lots of hangers & a very clean & modern bathroom. There’s a safe and a mini fridge with two complementary bottles of water. There’s also a kettle to make coffee/tea but flimsy paper cups not reusable/ceramic mugs. The bed is relatively comfortable, although I personally found the sheets, a little too rough and scratchy. The only downside was the room temperature. Florence was 25 Celsius and the heating was on in every room. I did ask on my 2nd night for the heating to be turned off, but then it became stuffy as there’s no other ventilation, so I had to leave the window open all night. Which also means you hear the constant outside traffic. Breakfast was decent, just eggs, cereal, yogurt and lots of cakes and pastries. I did find all the staff very friendly and helpful especially at reception and in the breakfast section."

"The rome was immaculate! Excellent customer service. Every body were very warm and accommodating. Location is safe and walkable. Good breakfast options. No complains here! Was very happy with our stay, free water and snacks that were replenished everyday."

"The hotel is located right next to a tram so it’s very easy to get there from the train station. It is about a 15 minute walk away from the Duomo and even further for the river and museums so that’s something to consider. I think this is one of the few hotels that has an elevator in it which is a huge plus when traveling with multiple bags. The views from the gym are absolutely gorgeous! There’s a laundry and kitchen in the basement and the lobby has one of those cute, retro photo booths that you can use. It even has swings in the entrance. The only complaint I had was they don’t allow irons in the room, you have to go all the way down to the basement to use the communal irons and ironing boards they have set up in the laundry. Otherwise, for the price and location? I’d recommend it. "

"Loved our stay here. The free breakfast was wonderful, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see/visit. Our room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Amazing bathroom/shower. We were there at the end of March/early April, and it was pretty cold outside, so the air conditioner could not be turned on/used during our stay. The room did get quite hot at night, and we were unable to open the window because we were on the ground floor, and opening the one large window would have left our room fully open to the garden outside for anyone passing by to see and get in. I would think rooms on higher floors could open their windows and cool down the room well enough to make it comfortable. Overall we loved our stay and would book this hotel again. "

"It’s an average hotel. The breakfast was good. The only thing I didn’t like was the bedding — there were no proper duvet covers, just a thin sheet between you and the duvet, which felt a bit uncomfortable. I wish they would use proper covers for the duvets."

"Rapport qualité prix mauvais. Porte-fenêtre laissée ouverte par 2 fois par les femmes de chambre (sachant qu'un balcon était commun avec d'autres chambres). Douche non étanche (et donc de l'eau partout après la douche). "climatiseur" faisant un bruit de fond en permanence et impossible à éteindre. Hotel bruyant et mal isolé. Une première carte pour ouvrir la chambre qui ne fonctionnait pas. Je déconseille vivement."
