"Was a bit awkward on checkout when a can of red bull was left in the car by one of the valet drivers (I don’t drink caffeine), and when I mentioned it was made to feel like I was making something up. Ended on a negative for what was otherwise a very nice stay."

"Very nice property, location is v good , very clean rooms"

"Unité spacieuse, bien équipée, confortable, moderne et conviviale. L’accueil a été très chaleureux, serviable et parfait. Le sauna et le bain de vapeur étaient magnifiques et bienvenus. Le stationnement n’est pas inclus mais disponible de l’autre côté de la rue, directement en face. J’y retournerai avec plaisir deux fois plutôt qu’une!"

"Lovely place and close to great restaurants"

"Our room was cleaned extremely well. We had a 1 bedroom with 3 beds, queen, murphy and sofabed and all 3 beds were comfortable. Unit was generously sized with a kitchenette, and the bathroom was also clean, roomy, and accessed from both the bedroom and living room. The staff was very helpful from providing us with extra nespresso pods, to giving us directions, or helping with information."

"Tout était parfait"

"J'ai trouvé l'acceuil excellent, l'enregistrement rapide. L'emplacement est incroyable! Un hotel chic et élégant! Le seul bémol. c'est le matelas beaucoup trop mou."

"I was told to come and drop luggage. But they didn’t tell me the office did not open until 9am. Another couple waiting to drop luggage stood in a hallway waiting. No apology when the person came to open. The worst part was a leaking freezer (water all over floor both nights I was there. 2nd night an alarm in the freezer kept going off while we were trying to sleep. We finally figured out how to shut the system down. No apology from staff or offer of a discount for our trouble."

"Perfect location"
