We could not access the internet in our first few days and had no hot water until we learned there was a switch that turned on the heater. Our property manager did his best but we think it would have been most helpful to have a page of instructions available to guide us and troubleshoot any problems. "Cons: Das direkt neben an 2 Hunde den ganzen Tag im Garten waren,die nicht kompatibel waren.Unsere Hunde mussten dann drinnen oder an die Leine. Das hat unseren Urlaub sehr stressig gemacht,und wir hätten es nicht gebucht wenn wir das gewusst hätten.Spühlmaschine schon länger kaputt. Etwas mehr Geschirr wär schön."

"The great things about this accommodation is the location: only a few tram stops from the airport and 3 minutes walk from the station ( the same tram takes you to the main station in central area in 20 min ). And all rooms including the kitchen and bathroom seemed very very clean and looked after, no dust or hairs! Catia was very friendly and easy to deal with. Only thing was that you are actually sharing the kitchen when/ if there are other travellers staying in the flat which I didn’t realise...
