"A Wonderful Stay at Hotel Esplanade, Viareggio!
We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Hotel Esplanade during the first leg of our honeymoon. Perfectly situated right along the lively Viareggio promenade with scenic sea views, this charming hotel proved to be a wonderful find for our special getaway.
From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed warmly by Luca and Gloria at reception. When a minor issue arose with water leaking from our air conditioning, the hotel’s maintenance staff handled it with incredible warmth, speed, and efficiency. While we were out exploring the town, the team thoughtfully arranged for us to move rooms so external specialists could address the issue properly. They upgraded us to a beautiful suite featuring a lovely sea-view balcony—a magnificent touch that more than made up for the slightly compact bathroom.

Exceptional Service: Gloria, Lisa, and Luca were absolute assets to the hotel. They genuinely cared about our day, took time to ask about our plans, and provided fantastic local recommendations for exploring both Viareggio and Pisa.
