On the 1st floor of a small building which formerly housed the Verdun tannery workshops, this chic and completely renovated apartment opens onto a pretty living room with sofa, coffee table, flat screen TV, board games, fiber optic wifi and an open kitchen fully equipped including a multi-function robot and a Nespresso machine.

On the side, a spacious bedroom, with a queen size bed and a work space.
In the living room, a comfortable sofa bed can accommodate 2 adults. (Mattress 140*200, 18cm thick).

For your comfort, we have selected hotel quality mattresses.
Bed linen and bathroom linen are provided and beds will be made upon your arrival.

Regarding parking, it is possible to park for free on the street but also in a nearby car park.

For your peace of mind, entry and departure are done independently using a connected lock system.
