"Great hotel."

"Great"

"everything was just amazing. Clean rooms, very close to everything near by! Staff were very accommodating and very easy to communicate with. Me and my friends will be staying here again."

"The gold floor experience is well worth the extra cost. The service & staff are so great! Only place we will stay when in Vancouver"

"Stayed in the Junior suite with 1 queen bed and a pull out couch. The Layout of the room was a bit awkward with the tv on the wall to the side of the couch. The TV doesn't have a wall mount that can swivel so it was a bit awkward to be able to watch tv. The staff however were very nice and helpful our whole stay. The pool and qym are very nice."

"All the staff were great, the bed was heaven and the robes and slippers were great too. The pool was amazing. The staff ate extra courteous."

"El personal es súper amable"

"While this hotel could use some updates, the bed and linens are exceptional, location, and you could not ask for better staff. Always helpful, kind and remember your name. Best service."

"Sutton website nor Expidia talks about how their hot tub is under construction booked this place solely on needing a hot tub for our stay. A hot tub is NOT a pool. They are listed as separate amenities in the filter and in description. So both should be mentioned if they are not in service prior to booking. Very misleading and won’t be back. As staff were unwilling to do anything about it."
