"This hotel's location is hard to beat — it's an easy walk to the waterfront and the seaplane terminal, which made getting around a breeze. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and breakfast was genuinely impressive. The room itself was a bit dated and could use some renovation."

"I enjoyed my stay, the rooms were spacious and exactly what is advertised online. The shuttle pick up and drop off was great the drivers were really friendly and courteous. The front desk was good and quick. Overall it was a good stay I didn’t like that parking was charged but overall everywhere in Vancouver parking needs to be paid which was a real shocker. Thanks to the hotel they made my stay a relaxing easy time."

"Convenient to the airport and restaurants within walking distance. First shuttle is at 6 am which was not early enough for us. Room was comfortable. Parking $15 overnight. Hard to find a place for our family of 5 - this worked great. Staff very friendly."

"The staff at the RR were extremely supportive of myself and my child who has additional needs. The rooms were clean and mostly soundproof. I rolled up a sheet and put it at the bottom of the door to block the (infrequent) noise from the hallway. My child loves the waterslide in the pool and spent many hours playing there. The pool attendant was extremely patient with us when my child was having trouble getting out of the pool at closing time and allowed us an additional few minutes to make the transition easier. We have been coming here for about 5 years because of how much my child LOVES the RR pool. Since the addition of the Gordon Ramsay steakhouse it seems as though the rest of the building hasn’t received the cosmetic attention it needs. During this visit the rotating front door was out of order, the two fountains out front were out of order, and the moving sidewalk in the bridge was out of order. It made the resort seem run down unfortunately. But we still enjoyed our stay and will return in the future :)"

"Hotel lobby was spacious and clean while waiting for rooms. We got into our rooms early which was a surprise. Comfortable beds. Lovely soaps and hair products. Grandkids enjoyed the pool next to the lovely outdoor patio."
