Welcome to our cosy studio in Valencia! Enjoy a unique stay in a modern and functional 50 m² space, where natural light streams in through the large windows and will make you feel right at home from the moment you arrive.

Designed to make you feel right at home from the moment you arrive, it combines comfort, functionality and an unbeatable location for enjoying everything the city has to offer.

From here, you can explore many of Valencia’s most iconic sights on foot, enjoying its lively streets, its cuisine and its Mediterranean atmosphere. What’s more, the excellent links to the metro, buses and commuter trains mean you can easily reach the beaches, the City of Arts and Sciences or any other part of the city and its surroundings.

The flat is fully equipped for both short breaks and longer stays. You’ll find a kitchen fitted with basic appliances and utensils, high-speed Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and access to a washing machine and tumble dryer, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

The bedroom area features a double bed (1.50 x 1.90 metres) and an extra double bed (1.35 x 1.90 metres), perfect for families or groups of friends.

ACCESSIBLE BATHROOM

The private bathroom is accessible for people with reduced mobility, so you can enjoy your stay in complete comfort. The bathroom features a raised toilet with grab rails, a lower washbasin and a wheelchair-accessible walk-in shower with a shower seat.
