"When we arrived, I feared I had been bamboozled by the interwebs and other reviews. The *OUTSIDE* of the property is nothing to write home about. It appears they have new owners possibly, as the name has changed google maps tells me. The inside of the room was immaculate. The outdoor carpeting going up the stairs and along the outdoor hallway leaves much to be desired, but as soon as we stepped in the room, my children gasped as it was not what they had expected, thankfully! The folks running the place seemed friendly, the room was very, very clean and looked new. The bed was comfortable. There was a great view of the water."

"We were pleased with the accommodations at America's Best Inn in Newberry. It was a great centralized location to visit Munising, Whitefish Point Lighthouse and Tahquamenon Falls. We have no complaints. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was as described."
