I loved the location as it was only a few minutes to the main hustle & bustle of the promenade but at the quiet end so we had peace & quiet. Large comfortable modern room - bed was so soft and had the best night sleep here when travelling around Albania. Shower was great - great quality & lovely soft linen/bedding/towels - large balcony. Eine der Mitarbeiterinnen war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, in 50% der Fälle saß jedoch jemand am Schalter, der definitiv minderjährig ist, kein Englisch versteht und nicht einmal grüßen kann. Allgemein ist die Belegschaft sehr jung, aber die Mitarbeiterinnen sind sehr freundlich. "

"This is honestly one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. Everything stood out, the location, the food, the views, and a staff that was genuinely kind, helpful and amazing throughout our stay. We stayed in the family room and it was so pretty, spotlessly clean and spacious enough that our two kids had plenty of room to run around and play. We really couldn't have asked for more. One thing that really stuck with us was how the team arranged breakfast a full hour earlier than usual...
