"The breakfast area seemed understaffed during our stay, which affected the overall experience. Having more staff available during breakfast would help improve service."

"Rooms were nice. Doormen/valets were extremely helpful and friendly. However, the front desk staff were essentially worthless in helping with problems and were unapologetic and nonchalant that they couldn’t help on just basic things. They seemed bored with their job to a person. As a regular Bonvoy member one of the worst experiences with front desk staff I have experienced especially at an Omni."

"The room was lovely, parking was close and easy, and breakfast was absolutely amazing. Hope to stay here again someday!"

"Hotel was conveniently located. Self parking on-site was great. Welcoming lacked a bit with the gentleman who checked us in, however the other staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was pristine and spacious. Would have been nice to have extra pods of regular coffee in the room for early am. Did not do breakfast as it ended at 9:00 am."

"There was not a bartender. However; the front desk was very helpful."

"Great experience!"

"Staff was very helpful."

"Location is excellent - rooms and bathrooms are a bit tired and can use some updating ."

"The property has a park in back of it that is beautiful."

"Very clean, spacious, and well-appointed rooms in the suite. Excellent amenities and great privacy. Quiet. Two separate bedrooms each with queen size bed and TV, two bathrooms (one with a tub, the other a roll-in shower), a kitchenette with full size refrigerator and small table, living room with a tv, sofa, and fireplace, a large safe for valuables, closets with mirrored doors, hairdryer and amenities, elegant! Stylish! All the comforts of home. Beds were comfortable but their platform made...

"The only good - nice staff, good water pressure in the shower. The room was very old looking. The carpet was nasty ( needs to be replaced asap). The beds were not comfy. The walls are paper thin. We were awaken at 2 am by drunken arrival of new quests that moved ito the next closest room. Those same drunken quests were talking loudly for about 1 hour. Sleep Inn ended up being without good sleep for us."

"Honestly a middle of the road experience and hat is due to the amount of ownership turnover...i believe that 4 owners within 6 years, which explains why the hotel feels somewhat half baked with no true identity. Lobby is beautiful and grand but falls flat with guest engagement. No hotel phones in room and was missing a TV control (apparently they get stolen on a regular basis by guests). Water pressure in shower is pretty weak and no regular maid service/turn down service without request....

"Friendly, helpful staff. Room was clean."
