"Was very difficult to find the unit and large amount of walking from parking lot was not disclosed. Unit had a window open upon arrival and the broken screen was propped against outside wall. Cleaning supplies had not been put away. Toilets and shower were dirty. Fan/light in bathroom running at excessive volume. Tried to cancel booking within an hour and was met with a very ungenerous cancellation policy. "
