The space
Our place is great for couples, mobility needs, business travelers, traveling nurses or those families that just want to enjoy the outdoors. There are no steps so it's great for those in need of handicapped spaces with secured grab bars and a bench in the bathroom and shower.
This home is divided into 2 separate spaces. No shared space (except for long term stays, then washer/dryer will be shared with host, a schedule will be put in place) as the host lives upstairs.
Potential for hearing/being heard by guest or host. If you are looking for complete privacy this home may not meet your needs.
Quiet hours are from 11:00pm to 7:00am

Other things to note:
Use 1st driveway on West end of house, that leads you to the double white doors. There is a door that leads upstairs to the host area and will be locked at all times. 55" TV & internet. The Kitchen has appliances such as a single tabletop induction cooktop, smokeless grill, waffle maker, toaster, coffee maker and several other appliances. Also comes with dish set for 4. Pots and pans, silverware.
