"An excellent hotel! Wonderful breakfast and generous little touches like chocolates with the turndown service. Friendly staff and an excellent concierge. "

"Shower basin was dirty, sofa bed although made up as a double had a single duvet cover in a double sheet. We requested this be changed at 10am and it still wasnt done at 10pm. Had to phone reception a second time to rectify. Staff sorted quick after second call. There was a hair tie on the floor on arrival making me think it hadnt been hoovered. Breakfast was fair. Bacon was very fatty and not very appetising. Both mornings there was no chocolate sauce for waffles. Food was hot and plentiful. Staff in general were lovely and helpful."

"The hotel needs some TLC - lots of little things needing repaired, making it look tired. Staff were excellent, in particular, Addison in the restaurant, that boy has the perfect demeanor for customer service - give him a pay rise!! "

"The room was really nice - we moved rooms because we had an adjoining door in ours and you could hear absolutely every move from next door (worth asking about this if booking). Would certainly stay again. "

"Very good location. Hotel was nice, only no hair dryer or fridge. Friendly, helpful staff. Walking distance to Belfast Train-station. Restaurant next door was excellent. Shed Grill and Seafood. Hotel did not have restaurant which was ok as I wanted to try local eateries"
