"It's very quiet, very calm and very well appointed. I had a luxurious chalet with a mini kitchen and fast internet. Do bring food with you as there's not a restaurant at the hotel and you'll have to go back into Carnarvon to eat otherwise - where options are limited. Bring cat treats too if you want to be popular with the feline greeters
The host is very welcoming and you'll enjoy seeing the ostriches on this working farm

"Unexpected excellence in a quaint old country dorp. An old house beautifully renovated but without being ultra modern.

"Perfect place... i wish i could have brought my family and stayed longer. So comfy... refreshing.... amazing braai pack for dinner braai. Burnt my finger and the staff were helpful in attending to it.
