Adequate accomodation for overnight stay
Upgrade/renovations of hotel was promised for the future. Some lifts were a problem; one lift couldn't stop on the basement floor and another lift was stuck on the 12th floor. All-in-all, we had a nice stay, for overnight accommodation

Great location . It was right in the heart of ....
They helped made my birthday memorable by supplying cake and a bottle of bubbly. One was greeted every morning in the restaurant. There was always a waitress on hand to help with one's choice of food. If a favourite food was not on display, it could be ordered specifically, i.e. porridge.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and could not do enough to make the stay as pleasurable as possible. Room was amazing with Table Mountain View being superb. The room was spacious, light and comfortable and a nice gift for our anniversary. Food in the hotel was amazing with huge portions ...
