"I truly appreciate the relatively early check in time and the noon checkout time. So many people made check out so much earlier through COVID and have never gone back. We didn’t feel rushed on the morning and we were able to take advantage of the breakfast provided. The staff was amazing"

"The property is well-cared for and clean. We enjoyed the hot tub - it is showing some signs of wear, but still enjoyable. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. It’s a pretty quiet area, though some street noise; not to the point of keeping us awake or anything like that. Would definitely recommend!"

"A pleasing blend of luxury and coziness. The main suite was a retreat on its own with a luxurious, newly done spa level shower, soaking tub, expansive counter and double sinks along a beautiful porcelain tiled wall. The kitchen was beautiful and fully equipped. We appreciated all the little special touches like a handwritten note welcoming us along with some sodas and M&M's. The owner has an eye for decorating and made sure that all the little details are just right. We spent some time enjoying the back patio table and hammock also. The home was very comfortable for the five of us and we ate there twice. It definitely could sleep a couple more people. We'll be coming back to this house if we visit Colorado Springs again!"

"Unit was small and a bit tight, which was fine—except for the shower, which was extremely tiny. There was one window A/C unit in the dining area. We stayed during 90-degree days, so it ran on high constantly and was very loud—especially since it sat right next to the couch facing the TV. We had to turn the volume way up to watch movies. The couch was an uncomfortable fold-out with three cushions, and the sides sank toward the middle. There was no airflow in the bedroom. We found a floor fan, but it was broken; thankfully we had our USB camp fans. The bed was comfortable. There was no dishwasher, which was a bummer. The kitchen wasn’t fully equipped, but we made do. The grill was broken—we tried to fix it, but there was a major issue with the valves, and only the side burner worked. The bathroom smelled damp the entire stay after the first shower. Leaving the exhaust fan on didn’t help. There were only two bath towels. The dryer dial was very high; we had to use our camp step stool just to see the settings. There was no laundry detergent, but it was nice to have a working washer and dryer. The floor was vacuumed but not steam cleaned; we kept our shoes on because of that. The back door would only stay closed if the deadbolt was locked, and we also had to duck to get in and out. It was nice having a parking spot in the rear right next to the unit. Also, the unit was part of a duplex and shared a wall with another unit—I don’t think that was mentioned in the listing."

"This little cottage fits about 3 people i would say the couch is a little hard, in case you have back or hip problems; take the bed .But its still good to be able to sleep on. Everything was clean i would say a little dusty but over all very clean, super cute and great loaction. Really close to everything and in a safe neighborhood it has litte ely evwything which is astonishing because not a lot of tiny houses have things it lhas a wasbing mashine and drywr so you can wash ypur clothes."
