"Our stay was great! Location downtown was wonderful. The hotel vibe is very modern but comfortable and the room was the same. Everything was clean and the staff were all Very nice. The breakfast area is very small and got crowded quickly. The pool is also very small and was also crowded when we went. "The hotel is nice, but didn't really suit my needs. The room was smaller than I expected, as was the bathroom (the shower is large though, to the point of being unnecessarily oversized). Bare tile floors in a bedroom setting aren't great, but that's personal preference. The staff is great - the front desk got me checked in quickly and were on top of things when I texted them requests. No in-room phone, so be sure they have your cell number. The valets were great at having my car waiting for me when I needed it. The location is good for walking around downtown, and the lobby is a comfortable place to spend time working - that's important, because there is no desk space in a standard room. The main downside for me were the extraneous costs. A daily resort fee is required, but it doesn't actually cover much of anything. Spa treatments, meals, drinks, in-room movies, room service, and laundry will all add to the bill at check out due to the fees attached to the base costs, as will miscellaneous fees tied to city and state taxes. Parking is $35 a night, and it's necessary unless you want to walk a block with all of your luggage from a parking garage that may or may not have space available. I paid $50 to check in 2 hours early, and I also paid $70 for what was supposed to be a $100 meal voucher for the restaurant. After a 2 day stay, with 1 restaurant meal and no other extras, I still ended up paying over $300 more at check out. Was it worth it? In my opinion, it was not."

"We use VRBO for most of our vacations. I am happy to say this may be my favorite place yet. The apartment is well decorated and maintained. I loved how much sunlight came in with plenty of windows with easy to use coverings for privacy. We felt at home immediately. The beds and furniture are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment and basics like flour, spices, and even a few snacks. The hosts were attentive and happy to answer any questions. Again, we felt very welcomed. The location is in a cute neighborhood that we enjoyed walking around. Incredible restaurants are minutes away from the apartment - a huge advantage! Possibly the best part of our stay was relaxing in the indoor heated pool and using the outdoor hot tub. The float house is very private with everything you need from towels and toys to a bathroom. After this trip, I see a float house in my backyard in the future. No complaints at all!"

"I used to live in COS so I can imagine this rental is a challenge to keep cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Its in a convenient location. The house is older and reflects that in many ways. The property is dense with other housing, there are renters in the basement and theres a large house in the back yard."
