"Cozy Carriage House had all the amenities we needed for our family of four. Very clean house - lots of little details (snack box, toilet paper/paper towels stocked, spices, laundry needs, etc). The location was great for everything we wanted to do (about 10-20 min drive to most excursions). Lots of food choices within the area. For a downtown location, of course there are some “sketchy” parts around the corner. But the owners have done a really great job to make you feel at home and safe. "

10/10 Excellent
"The room was very spacious and comfortable for 5 people. However, the pull out couch was not comfortable to sleep on so we ended up putting it back into a couch which worked out. Having two tvs is nice and the cushions can double as tables or chairs which is useful. The breakfast was good and the staff were thoughtful and kind. The huge windows in the room were great! "
"This place was amazing! Motel that’s been completely refurbished with a wonderful retro vibe and neighborhood feel. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Room was spotless, bedding was comfy, and all the staff we had contact with were super friendly. This will be our place to stay when visiting Colorado Springs. "
