"I’m writing this review because the reviews were a big part of my decision making on my vacation . I am so glad I decided on Sugar Bay ! When we arrived, we were welcomed with open arms and a nice cold beer Natalie at the reception was absolutely amazing. She explained everything to us regarding the hotel and then a wonderful gentleman I believe his name was Dave showed that to our room and just explained a few details. The room was nicely decorated and very clean. We had a balcony overlooking the ocean the view was stunning. The beach it’s absolutely beautiful. There are plenty of chairs and umbrellas on the beach .The Reef bar was right on the beach which serves delicious frozen drinks and had amazing bartenders Re-Shawn , Damion and Xavier to name a few . The fruit kabobs serves on the beach was a nice treat. The pool was nice with a swim up bar but we spent most of our time at the beach .The buffet breakfast,lunch and dinner were served in the Reef restaurant. There was a wide selection of food I personally I think there was something for everyone. There are three restaurants and during your stay you can have one dinner at the one of your choice . We chose Sizzle steakhouse where I ate one of the best steaks I ever had. There was also great nightly entertainment . The entire staff was fantastic ! There was always someone to help you with anything needed. We felt really safe at this resort with all the security walking around .If you are looking for a fun yet ver"

"Quiet private and clean"

"Indigo hotel is a new hotel in good location. Access to Brownes beach(the most beautiful beach in Barbados IMO) is one short reg bus away/or taxi. TV has Netflix app(you need to login yourself) and bed was huge, felt like super king size. We were given corner 4th floor which offered amazing view. Room was spacious & modern design. Infinity pool on ground floor and another pool on rooftop were enjoyable. Food-wise, pizza & taco were yummy and not too expensive. Breakfast buffet was not worth 42 USD, although nothing wrong - just needed more variety. Additional price for coffee was unnecessary. For breakfast, Blush cafe and Artsplash in walking distance were better options. All in all, worth money and happy to revisit when we come back to Barbados."

"Dinner restaurant was suspended until the Fall. I had to order out for food to be brought in. Breakfast was served the next morning, however. The property was truly 5-star otherwise."

"House keeping was horrible. They said they would come and wouldn't and then would come very early in the morning or in the evening. This made no sense and then they were young without any need of urgency about what they were doing. I would not stay there or recommend this hotel to family or friends ."

"As a business traveler, this hotel was great. It had everything I needed, even though I did not get time to use the gym and pool. It is well-located (across the street from the beach) so that you can walk to the boardwalk and some really good restaurants (Big up Salt Cafe for crusted fish, Tapas for the view, Coco's breakfast if you want to feel like you are on vacation) or towards Bridgetown - 2.5 kms - if you are not easily frightened by cars zipping by while sidewalks disappear and reappear. Also close to the quirky museum with Rihanna's umbrella. I found it expensive - for example, 35 usd for breakfast buffet - but frankly most things were expensive in the tourist economy at the tail end of the high season. It was really handy for me that the hotel has a taxi desk in the lobby with very cheerful drivers ready to meet your needs."

"My husband and I just returned from a month vacation in Barbados. We thoroughly enjoyed our accommodations at 7 Springcourt especially our morning coffee on the patio. The apartment is very well equipped and the pool area was nice as well. We met some fellow Canadians there! I would definitely rent a car as it's a 25 minute walk to the beach with no sidewalks/paths, narrow roads and heavy traffic. John was very accommodating and Dawn was always making sure we had everything we needed. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Barbados."
