"The Counting house was in a great location. We were in walking distance of many markets, sights and transportation. Our room was clean and the heat and air worked well. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included with our room with a set menu and/or buffet station. Coffee and tea maker in room with a small fridge. Ate in pub twice and food was good. There is a small lift, two people two suitcases size. And depending on your room, a couple of stairs in between the lift and room....

"The Mad Hatter is centrally located to anything and everything in London. The staff are awesome, fun, very local. The pub is a great spot to start and end the day. And the room was perfectly English. Not too small. Not pretentious. Felt like the perfect place to stay to feel like you’re experiencing London!! Highly recommend it!!!"
