"Everything here was excellent, including the staff, the facilities, the room, the view from the room, the food in the restaurants, the pool, the available water toys (kayak, hobbies, ) and the very attention to details that convey that sense of luxury (ie the shampoo, the towel, the soap, the amazing bedding, etc). They are trying to keep the sargassum away with a barrier and partially succeeding at keeping it under control. The beach is relatively small and facing east."

"Hmmm, I expected a Jimmy Buffet type of lobby , was NOT ! Food was not it at all , they did drop other towels faster than I expected and the rooms had no drain issue etc so that was good ,"

"Only thing I probably didn’t like was in the master bedroom at the back of the condo the ceiling fan you couldn’t turn it up on high because it wobbled so bad and made so much noise. It kept you awake so you had to keep it on low. Overall accommodations for good. The view is excellent. The beds are a little hard for me, but by the end of the day we slept OK."

"I cannot say enough good things about this condo! The location, the cleanliness, and the amount of things the condo had for us to use was amazing. We went with our 2 boys (7,5) so having the beach and the pool so close was so nice. After a day of beach hopping having the ability to just hang back and have options at sangrias beach bar for both children and adults was great. The communication with the property manager was great. She helped make it easy check in and allowed for us to make sure we had everything we needed when we arrived! We will be back!"

"I was in St. Thomas for my daughter's wedding and this condo unit is only 3 minutes away from the wedding venue. making travel to/from easily. It is also centrally located on the east end to access beaches and attractions.The owner, Ana, is exceptional in communicating with me in a timely and clear manner. For example, before arrival, she was able to help me with identifying a fishing charter as I wanted to take my friends on an offshore trip. During my stay, she was able to answer my question on finding the best cleaner on the island so that my suit could be cleaned and pressed in time for the wedding. She was consistently going above and beyond making sure I had the best experience.The unit has beach chairs, cooler, beach toys, and beach towels so we could easily go to the beach without needing to purchase those things. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, plates, bowls, and glass wares. We made most of the meals on our own so with this kitchen, it was easy!I highly recommend this unit to anyone visiting St. Thomas."

Brand New Luxury 8BR Villa on St. Thomas with Ocean Views, Waterfall Pool & More

"This place is phenomenal and the pictures posted does not do it any justice!! My family and I was displaced in St. Thomas with another VRBO rental. However, VRBO stepped in and we booked this place. Immediately after the booking Connor, who was our host reached out to us and worked hard to get us checked in early the next day. But he didn’t stop there, he also got with Rock City Rentals to get us three jeeps sent to house upon our arrival. Rock City did us a solid and brought the jeeps to the hotel we were at. Back to the house. When we pulled up the house was breathtaking and the views were heavenly. Connor made sure to be there to give us a tour of the home and make sure we had everything we needed. Two nights in we tried turning on the fire pits but couldn’t figure out how. We called Connor around 10pm asking him to walk us through getting lit. Three minutes later Connor was at the house to switch out the tanks and lit both pits. We also had extra guest and needed to move others around to make room. We were going to wash the sheets, instead Connor brought us new ones. We’ve rented a lot of place but I have never met a host has attentive, kind and extremely helpful has Connor. He helped turn a disaster of a vacation into a fantastic memory that none of us will ever forget!!!! Thank you so much Connor!"
