The Space:

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ground-floor condo in Aldea Zamá sleeps up to 6 guests and puts you right between Tulum's beach and town — the kind of location where you can walk to shops and restaurants, then be at the ocean in minutes. The private terrace with spa tub is the real showstopper, accessible from both the living room and master bedroom for morning coffee soaks or starlit evening dips.

The living room sofa pulls out into a double bed for extra guests. Both bathrooms are well-appointed, and room-darkening shades in every bedroom let you sleep in after late nights exploring Tulum's jungle clubs and beach scene.

The open-plan living area flows naturally from kitchen to dining to lounge, making it easy to cook, eat, and relax together. The dining table seats six for leisurely breakfasts or dinners made in the fully equipped kitchen with new appliances. The complex offers 24-hour security, and you'll check in via lockbox for total flexibility. Note that the laundry center is currently out of service. The location is unbeatable: walk to Chedraui grocery, local boutiques, and neighborhood restaurants, or grab a bike and ride to the beach road in minutes.

Located inside a beautiful residential community of Aldea Zamá situated perfectly half way between the beach and Tulum's town! It's the best location in Tululm! You can walk the Aldea Zamá community too.

- Shopping is within walking distance from convenience stores to bigger grocery stores like Chedraui and of course loads of boutiques and shops in town and at the beach road

- The Tulum town shops and Aldea Zama's commercial shops are within walking distance

- Mayan ruins, ancient cenotes (freshwater sinkholes unique to this area), lagoon floats, and of course Tulum's beach, famous jungle eateries and clubs are only a few minutes away

The condo is about 118 km| 73 miles or about a 1 hr 35-min drive from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). It’s best to prearrange your airport transfers. Let us know if you need any assistance. The laundry center is out of service, both the washer and dryer, until further notice.



Please take note: Tulum is currently experiencing high growth and some construction noise must be expected during daytime work hours, Monday to Saturday.



Electricity & Internet outages are occasional occurrences in Tulum, beyond our control. While we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience our guests may experience due to these disruptions, it's important to note that Stella Rentals cannot be held accountable for such events.



There is no daily housekeeping service however the unit is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to check-in. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.



Pets are not allowed at this property.



Some home and bath essentials are provided like toilet paper, trash bags, soap, shampoo & conditioner. Any other supplies needed during your stay must be brought onsite by the guest.



A daily allowance of 20Kw/Day of electricity is included for short term rentals. Additional consumption will be charged at 6 MXN/Kw. Electricity is not included for bookings of 7 days or more. On arrival, our local team will take a meter reading, and again on departure. You will be billed after check out for any additional consumption. Help us save energy by using the AC only when needed, avoid leaving it on if you are not in the property and close all windows and doors when you use it.




Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.



Security Deposit : A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.




HOUSE RULES

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the condo, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premised is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.

- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.

- Please avoid moving furniture.

- Pets are not allowed on the premises.
