Radhoo was incredible!!! Honestly from the service, the rooms, the food, the staff's willingness to help, the convenience... this place was simply AMAZING. 10000/10 recommend. It's a romantic cozy get away for couples. The only complaint, as others have said, is lighting at night but that was a common problem in the Tulum area. It's not dramatic but more so for the girls who want to do their makeup in the room haha. Honestly this place and their sister resorts are incredible. We will be back!

We had such a wonderful experience at Radhoo. From the moment we arrived, the staff was amazing — so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They truly went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. One of the highlights was the complimentary side breakfast every morning — yogurt, fresh bread, juices, and coffee. It was such a lovely touch and made our mornings feel relaxed and special. The food at the hotel overall was also incredible. We also really appreciated being able to use their bikes for free to explore the hotel zones. Anytime we needed a taxi, the front desk was happy to call one for us right away. Overall, Radhoo felt like a peaceful, beautifully run place with amazing service. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Tulum!

Remarkable concierge but overall needs improvement

Really cute hut/bungalow in the desirable Tulum Beach. Breakfast was delicious and the staff replied quickly in the chat. Convenient beach access and a very nice pool. My toilet was broken during the entire stay. Staff would try to fix it several times but always it was broken no matter what. The hotel provided ample beach accommodation but once on the beach, you cannot put charges to your room, which is problematic for me, as I am not comfortable carrying money or credit cards when I’m planning to play in the ocean. Also at the pool I was told that I had to pay cash. So I needed to run to the ATM machine and pay the $7.95 fee for withdrawal. The concierge was excellent. They booked me a massage and made me dinner reservations. Housekeeping was inconsistent. Sometimes They would not empty the trash and my breakfast from the morning would sit out on my patio until the evening. I’d have to ask for it to be cleaned up.

Wow! Rahdoo exudes hospitality at its finest. From the moment you walk in to the day you leave the staff has you feeling like a VIP with their exceptional concierge team accessible 24hr via WhatsApp. Anything you need, they deliver or do their absolute best to accommodate. Radoo is the perfect spot if you're looking for a quaint jungle getaway experience while still being amongst the best bars and restaurants within a short walkable distance! The rooms are so beautifully designed and are exceptionally cared for. The housekeeping goes above and beyond each day to keep the room neat and cleanly as if you walked in for the first time each day. The daily breakfast included is absolutely delicious with excellent quality food options and their service staff is phenomenal. The best ammenity of this hotel is the large pool dropped right in the middle of the jungle surrounded by lush greenery and plants.But that's not all, as a guest of Radio you also have access to their beachfront sister property, Encantada, just steps across the street! This truly gives you the best of both worlds as the concierge team will reserve a cabana and personally escort you across the street to the Encantada for your day at the beach. This hospitality group truly knows how to deliver service and make your stay even better than you imagined. Cannot wait to stay here again! If you have any doubts I'm here to reassure you! I spent my 30th birthday at the Radhoo Tulum at the end of July/ early August and I had the BEST time. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, the staff was so nice and accommodating, and the location is perfect. The breakfast was delicious and the 24hr pool was perfect for a night swim! Would absolutely come back and I've already told anyone who has asked about my trip that they need to stay here! Thanks so much Radhoo for the best birthday!

Radhoo is like heaven. The ambiance is superb. The pool is to die for and beach is 30 seconds away. So quiet at night yet so close to everything. No mosquitos. The service was the at highest level. Fabian was the best!

Best pool in Tulum

Radhoo was amazing we stayed here second part of our stay the organized everything from the other hotel Encantada which was also amazing. The hotel is beautiful as for the pool amazing! What's makes it special is the staff so helpful and kind we can't say enough great things about them there all wonderful made it very special for our anniversary. Food and drinks were wonderful. We will return Radhoo!!!

Fabian, Emily, and Natalia were incredible! They made this boutique hotel so special. They were responsive to every need and went above and beyond in service. The hotel is perfect location for all the great instagrammable art sites, restaurants, beach clubs and more. The hotel pool was refreshing. You event have access to their sister hotel across the street for beach club access. I would stay again.
