Whether you're traveling with your family, on a romantic trip for two or on a fun trip with friends, this area offers an abundance of options for everyone to explore. A near by village offers a taste of the local culture with amenities such as convenience stores, restaurants & markets. For larger shopping trips or to experience a taste of city life, Playa Del Carmen & Tulum are only short drives away.

This 2 bedroom home offers 2 queen sized beds & can comfortably accommodate 4 people with extra sleeping space on the spacious sectional sofa in the living room. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans & A/C units to help ensure a comfortable space.
The kitchen is fully equipped including a rice steamer, crock pot, blender, coffee maker, toaster & all the little extras you'll need. There is even a washer/dryer for your convenience.

All towels & bed linens provided.

FREE WiFi is provided as well as a flat screen TV, DVD player & a selection of movies.

For long, lazy days around the casa, the back patio offers a private splash pool, a palm tree garden, outdoor shower & a Weber gas BBQ. The outdoor living space offers both sun & shade for your comforts.
Beach chairs, coolers & an umbrella are available for those tranquil days at the beach.
Beautiful Xcacel Beach is a private, unspoiled sea turtle sanctuary located directly across from Chan Chemuyil & is a perfect spot for a picnic lunch, a day at the beach or a long romantic stroll at day's end!

The Riviera Maya is also a Diver's Paradise with access to the Meso American Reef & the sacred healing waters of ancient Mayan Cenotes. The BEST of both diving worlds.

Whether you're already a Certified Diver or excited to take your 1st breaths under water, our PADI Certified Instructor & local guides are here to introduce you to the wonders of this area's under water environments.
