"Property had his glamorous days. The poor condition outside, very dirty, water for bathing was the worst. Water smells really bad, also there was couple morning that was very hard to breathe the outside smells. Staff was great, couldn't be happier with them. Overall it need to be addressed alot to be considered a great place to visit."

"The Hotel is located in Jaguar park. It’s close to the Archaeological ruins, and Tulum’s downtown. I recommend to rent a car. Be aware of Guardia Nacional. Every time you drive through the entrance point, they will ask evidence of your hotel. And they can be annoying. They can deny the entrance to your hotel. Also, because it’s a park you are to supposed to pay daily entrance. But in the hotel they are very helpful with this matter. It’s preferable to visit in times when there is no sargazo (...

"Everything is an extra cost. Breakfast is limited. Rooms have sand in and on arrival. No facilities to shower in after checkout. We were also not told about bug spray being an extra charge - we were STUNG badly at checkout. The guy who showed us to our room said it was all complementary on the coffee table … it’s not."

We celebrated my husband‘s birthday, and they decorated our room. Also we celebrated anniversary at the same time and they decorated our room for $250. One complaint which wasn’t their fault is that there was a lot of seaweed on the beach I wish I would’ve known. Best time to visit is between mid October till March to avoid that....

They put you at a different resort which is an adult only with loud music and parties…we got lost twice at night because we could not find where we were actually staying..it was called BETU. Mosquitos bit me all night. Could not sleep. When I discovered everything had been misrepresented and asked to leave and get a refund they denied my request but gave someone else a free night. They have a party for local clubbers and give them free waters and drinks but...

"This was a hidden gem. I’ve come to tulum about seven times and this place I will definitely be back to. The surroundings are breathtaking and the free breakfast is definitely a bonus. There are so many good restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend staying here."
