"Checkin was quick and clean rooms "

"I booked this property through Expedia for 2 nights. After my stay I was contacted by the property that my payment was not completed. Expedia's virtual payment process did not go through and the property wanted payment from me after Expedia had already processed my payment. I explaind to the property that I had already paid, but they charged me again for the stay and told me to contact Expedia for a refund on the second charge. I feel this issue is between the property, Expedia, and there virtual payment process. I spent an hour on the phone with Expedia as they tried reach out to the property to verify. I was told by Expedia the property is not answering the phone and that they would have to email them and it would be 72 hours before the issue could be resolved. Both Expedia and the property have been a big disappointment. I'm having to do the leg work and wait for a refund, for an issue that wasn't even my fault. Thanks for nothing."
