"This was a very nice place to stay."

"Rooms are spacious but only moderately cleaned, were still quite dusty to my standard. Bath robes have stitches and pockets are falling off. Staff can be more friendly, especially the lady with short hair at Front Desk. Some staff at breakfast were nice enough to ask before cleaning out dishes, while others didn’t. We had to stop them a few time because we didn’t even finish but they just came and took our dishes away without even asking if we were done and whether they could take it. Pool and...

"担当してくれたローズが素晴らしかった！ サラは、翌朝のスイムを手配してくれてありがたい！ スタッフの接遇レベルは、日本以上！"

"The staff make you feel at home. They are engaging, helpful and wanting to make meaningful connections. They seem like one big happy family which makes your stay so comfortable. The food is excellent. I would recommend the 3 days, 2 nights as the second day you spend time going to the southern part or Cat Ba island which is more scenic."

"Really helpful crew and very neat and clean"

"Excellent all round"

"Extremely disappointing experience and absolutely not the 5-star cruise that was advertised. Our cabin had a very strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom that spread throughout the entire room and made us feel nauseous. "The staff treated customers as part their family. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. Nancy and Ali are awesome representatives of your company. Although we took the 2 day tour it was very relaxing and scenic😎"

"The ship is definitely older but functional. Friendly staff and helpful. Bring water as they charge for it through the cruise (all beverages are for sale). They need to improve their timetable as all boats are trying to do the same activities at the same time leading to the sites being extremely crowded (the second morning the sites were empty!). Overall worth it but if I was to go again, I would do a longer cruise or a day cruise."
