"The half hour phone call to go over details was a bit much. Could have been done with an email check list instead of over the phone taking notes. The result is that you know Cary really cares about his property, and it shows. Nice place, kind and generous host. I would recommend to others and definitely stay again. We had an issues getting out of town on our end and he graciously offered to swap days so we could get the most from our trip. Better service than any of the others we’ve tried. ."

"Great place but pretty small. It’s correctly advertised and documented in pictures so check that out. A few things:Nicely updated with a small but fully functional kitchen. It does have a mini fridge so bring a cooler if you are bringing a few beers :). The location is great and next to trails and nature. We really appreciated that. The mattress in the Murphy bed could be replaced but was fine. Other than that , place was great and recommended."

"The property was nice, but I noticed a few things, like the TV would not connect to Wi-Fi, so you couldn't log into any subscriptions. Not a huge deal, but it would have been nice to watch the World Cup game on a TV rather than a phone. The front shower handle was broken, making it hard to turn on and off. There were a few other worn things like seating and carpet, but overall, we had a good experience. It was located pretty close to town, so that was nice."
